How long I am allowed to do Exchange & Return?

Within 24 hours after the product is received. 

 Conditions for Exchange & Return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and without any flaws. Products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
  • The product must be unused and intact with tags.
  • Within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Underwear- Trials not allowed. We don't offer refund on underwear.  

 What, if I lost the money receipt/tags/barcode?

  • It will be considered for losing the money receipt or invoice for exchanges. Provide us the purchased contact number in case of losing the money receipt or invoice for checking your purchased history. 
  • The exchange offer will not be valid anymore for bending or tearing apart the tags or barcode.

 

How to return the product(s) to us for Exchange or Refund?

  • Please contact us via mail or Facebook inbox

 Refund/Exchange Policy

  • If the product is damaged during shipping and defective, you will get a new product or in case of unavailability, you will get a full refund  within 10 working days 
  • Video/image evidence is required for the exchange
  • Customer is advised to check the product while delivery man is at your place
